Dance Well is a dance program primarily for people living with Parkinson’s disease, yet open to participants of all ages, from children to adults. Drawing on the sensations and images inspired by works in the Festival, you are invited to explore how they can be expressed through the whole body.
Instructor: SHIRAGA Momoko (choreographer and director; artistic director of Momonga Complex; Dance Well instructor)
Assistants: NAGASAWA Ayumi (dance artist; co-director of Imakoko Dance; Dance Well instructor), KITAGAWA Yu (dancer, choreographer, illustrator)
