This is a previously unreleased work in Japan by Céline Sciamma, whose Portrait of a Lady on Fire is still fresh in the cinemagoer’s memory. A movie that portrays the girls in their age which is not perfectly cheerful but rather troublesome. We will find a recurring theme of Sciamma’s work ever since her debut as a film-maker.
