Born in and lives in Tokyo. Joined TBS (Tokyo Broadcasting System Television, Inc.), where she was assigned to the drama department, and made her directorial debut three years later. Has been involved in the production of two-hour TV dramas, variety shows, nature documentaries, music programs, animated short films, and many other types of programs. Since 2014, she has served as a festival director for “DigiCon6 ASIA,” hosted by TBS.
