Tommy Ng Kai Chung graduated from the School of Creative Media at the City University of Hong Kong in 2003. He directed short animations such as Tale of Rebellious Stone (2013) and Shear Marks (2015). In 2017, he worked on feature animation Implosion: ZERO DAY as executive director and also directed feature film Zombiology: Enjoy Yourself Tonight.
