Mels van Zutphen (born in1963) is a Dutch visual artist, photographer and filmmaker based in Rotterdam. After experimenting with film-loops in the late 80s, he made short experimental films exploring the boundaries of fact and fiction. Recent works include short films and multichannel video projections inspired by natural scientific research.
