Lives and works in Seoul, South Korea. Nam Hwayeon has worked on choreographic research through archive materials, capturing the various phenomena surrounding social systems, time, and space. Nam’s solo exhibitions include Imjingawa at the Audio Visual Pavilion in Seoul in 2017, and Time Mechanics at the Arko Art Center, also in Seoul, in 2015.
