外山紀久子 TOYAMA Kikuko

TOYAMA Kikuko

Dance researcher. Withdrew from the doctoral
program (Aesthetics, coursework completed)
at the Graduate School of Humanities,
University of Tokyo. Obtained a Ph.D. in
Literature from the University of Tokyo. Her
books include The Prodigal Daughters Wouldn’t
Come Home: Modernism and Postmodernism in
American Dance (Keiso Shobo, 1999). She is
currently a professor in the Graduate School
of Humanities and Social Sciences at Saitama
University.
