President of Cinemonde, representative of Children Meet Cinema, representative of Kanazawa Community Theater, workshop designer. From 1989 to 1995, Dohi was responsible for purchasing and publicity at EUROSPACE. In 1998, she opened the movie theater cinémonde in Kanazawa, Japan. In 2004 she launched Children Meet Cinema in Kanazawa, and in 2013 she moved its base to Tokyo and expanded its activities nationwide. In 2017, Children Meet Cinema participated as official coordinator for Japan in the French international film education project “Le Cinéma, Cent Ans de Jeunesse.” Dohi received the 2015 Japan Movie Pen Club Encouragement Award.
