高橋さきの TAKAHASHI Sakino

TAKAHASHI Sakino

Born in 1957 in Tokyo. Received a master ’s degree in agriculture from the University of Tokyo. Translator, critic, and part-time lecturer at Ochanomizu University. Takahashi has translated writings by Donna J. Haraway including the books Simians, Cyborgs and Women: The Reinvention of Nature (published by Seidosha, 2000), When Species Meet (Seidosha, 2013), and the essay Anthropocene, Capitalocene, Plantationocene, Chthulucene: Making Kin (published in Gendai Shisou, December 2017 issue). She is the translator and co-author of many other works as well.
