Cornelia SOLLFRANK is an artist, researcher
and university lecturer based in Berlin. She
studied painting at the Academy of Fine Arts,
Munich and the University of Fine Arts of
Hamburg, and obtained her doctorate at the
University of Dundee (U.K.). Through works
which make use of digital media or which
have digital media as their subject, she deals
with themes such as authorship and selforganization
and feminism. Currently she is
exploring the concept of the commons and the
relationship between gender and hacking.
