We are pleased to announce additional selection of artists and screening program for the Festival 2023.

The screening program includes a special three-chapter screening of experimental filmmaker Jonas Mekas, a feature on Nami Iguchi, known for several much talked-about films including Don’t Laugh at My Romance, a feature on Peggy Ahwesh, who has a career spanning nearly 40 years., and “Tokyo International Deaf Film Festival – Visual Intelligence 2023” which consists of four programs from the respectable Film Festival.
