AOKI Ryoko
Born 1973 in Hyogo, Japan. Lives and works in Kyoto. She makes drawings in which motifs taken from everyday objects are developed through partial similarities and associations. The installation in which these pieces of paper are assembled provides a practice space for exchanging thoughts and intuitions that emerge from the images, and explores new relationships with nature and humans.
